Background: Mechanical Engineering

After practicing as an engineer in the design and implementation of oilfield equipment, medical devices, automotive components, and fluid based mechanics, our principal attorney returned to law school.  While maintaining a rigorous continuing education in engineering, Aaron began prosecuting and maintaining a patent application portfolio for a major university.   Since graduation, he has assisted in maintaining patent portfolios for Fortune 500 companies through intricate involvement in numerous aspects patent litigation and prosecution.

This experience ranges from filing applications prosecuted exclusively in the United States , to directing prosecution of application via the Patent Cooperation Treaty, and responding to both Inter-Partes and Ex-Parte Re-Exam requests.
